SMT MACHINE OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT

Job description
Do you enjoy working in a manufacturing setting? If so we are currently filling a Full-Time, SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator/Pick and Place Operator position in the Brainerd area. This position will consist of loading feeder reels into a computerized machine and also loading computer programs on the machine that will run the reel through the machine. There will also be inspection of parts and some minor soldering if needed.
Job requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: *Experience as a pick and place operator is a plus *Must be fluent with IPC 610 and SMT component recognition *Soldering skills *Must be familiar with IPC-A-610 acceptance/rejection criteria *Experience as SMT Operator with Universal and Assemble on pick and place machines a plus. *Proficient with set up and operation of SMT equipment *Ability to operate reflow, screen printing and AOI inspection machines
