We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers with quick service experience looking for their first opportunity to run their own restaurant and experienced quick service Restaurant Managers interested in working for company with visible and accessible management team.

Pay

Restaurant Managers earn between $29,000 and $35,000 per year to start. On average 90% of that amount is salary and 10% is in the form of a monthly bonus. Bonuses are not tied to sales increases they are based on a percentage of the profits of your restaurant.

We believe in balancing work and personal life. Restaurant managers are scheduled for 5 shifts per week for total of 45 hours per week. If a situation does arise where you need to work more than 50 hours per week we even pay you for every hour over 50 per week. This generally doesn’t happen very often.

Qualifications

Restaurant Managers

2 years experience in quick service / fast food management experience, High School Diploma or equivalent.

Duties

Hiring and training team members, food preparation, customer service, controlling product quality, placing food orders, managing food cost, scheduling and controlling labor cost, cash control and weekly book keeping.
