Systems Analyst

We are looking for a versatile team member who is capable of thinking outside the box and is willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into detail while still keeping the big picture in mind. We seek a candidate with a unique combination of business analysis, project management and technical skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience developing and maintaining websites using a variety of tools. Experience or training as a business analyst or project manager is required. Previous work with databases such as MS SQL and Oracle and experience using report writing tools such as Crystal Reports with some development work or training in the MS.Net environment would be a plus. Experience working in a health care related field would be beneficial but is not required.

Activities could include everything from supporting existing software systems, providing business analysis and project management support for various projects, developing or supporting databases and data marts, developing reports to support business operations and working with communications and marketing teams to develop and modify external websites as well as our internal intranet. This individual will also be involved in helping to evaluate new technology for the business. This position requires a versatile candidate that is willing to jump in and learn and use a variety of skills and tools and the selected candidate must have outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Preferred candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems and/or 5 years related work experience. To meet minimum requirements to be considered you must have a minimum of a two year technical degree, diploma or certification.
