Further information

The culture at HealthPartners is one of ownership, pride, service, and most importantly, partnership. That spirit of partnership among employees, and with patients and the community is just one of the many reasons we were recently named one of the nation’s “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare magazine.  Join us for a career that offers respect, support and encouragement.  You’ll stay for the power of partnership.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative behavioral health setting with strong connections to the HealthPartners medical clinics.  The psychotherapist will provide outpatient behavioral health services, including diagnostic assessments, individual, family and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention to children and adults, presenting with a range of mental health issues.  Prefer candidates with experience in primary care behavioral health settings as well as with patients who have chronic pain.  Will provide assessments and psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children.

In addition, the therapist functions as a member of an interdisciplinary group of social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and nurses, to provide and develop behavioral health services, in which teamwork is the norm.  This individual must have the ability to work independently and actively manage his/her caseload in order to meet individual and team productivity goals.

Candidates will possess:
• MASTERS degree in a recognized mental health discipline and current LICSW, LMFT, or MA LP
•    At least two years post Master’s clinical experience with a broad range of presenting problems including diagnostic assessments with adult and child/adolescent populations.
• Experience working with patients having chronic pain and medical concerns
•   Preferably, experience in a managed care setting
•    Mental health provider experience in a primary care medical clinic – a plus

We offer an excellent salary/benefits package, a rewarding environment, and a total commitment to providing exceptional care.

Health is what we do.  Partnership is how we do it.
