Position Title: Manager of Information Technology (IT)
Job Description: The Manager of Information Technology is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of BHI’s technology infrastructure. The position is very critical with BHI’s rapid growth to ensure all IT infrastructure can support BHI’s growing business. The department is responsible for all technology including escalated customer issues. As such, a mantra for outstanding customer service is absolutely critical. While the position will have several direct reports, it is expected that the position will be very hands on and will be able to assist with the day-to-day technology efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and security of all IT infrastructure
• Assist and manage escalated support issues or issues related to infrastructure or hosting
• Support internal applications and employees – including remote employees
• Responsible for long-term planning of technology infrastructure including network, server systems, PBX phone, internal security, and office automation.
• Designs, implements, and evaluates the systems that support end users in the productive use of computer hardware and software
• Oversee back office computer operations across the company
• Maintain full monitoring and management of all IT infrastructure
• Support and train end users for applications
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans for all corporate data and systems
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or similar
• Exceptional management and leadership capability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
• 5+ Years of IT Management
• 2+ Years of Leadership/management role with IT staff
• 3+ Years experience in project management
• 3+ Years of IP LAN and WAN networking experience
• 3+ Years of 150+ server data center management including monitoring, management, security updates, deployment, and support
• 4+ Years experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Exchange, SQL Server, Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 R2, IIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Virtual Server, Active Directory, and Windows desktop technology
• 1+ Year experience with enterprise level SAN technology
• Expertise in IP networking and enterprise level networking gear – Cisco, Foundry, HP
Preferred:
• 1+ Years VMWare experience
