Mental Health Case Manager

Job description:
We currently have two openings for a full time Mental Health Case Manager to provide assistance and outreach to the Latino community. Come join our dedicated staff who help serve the underserved! As a Mental Health Case Manager, you will:
• Provide psychosocial assessment, treatment and case management support for individuals, families and groups.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention.
• Link patients with appropriate community resources.

Qualifications:
• Bilingual/bicultural in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Minimum of BA/BS in social work, psychology or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• License eligibility/licensure preferred.
• Minimum of two years field experience.
• Active working knowledge of community resources and social services.
• Knowledge of case management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnostic tools and techniques.
