* Enters assigned ICD-9 code for medical diagnosis and verifies linkage of information entered
* Accurately interprets written documentation for data entry
* Transcribes narrative descriptions from written documents and verifies accuracy of information abstracted
* Enters additional medical information as requested by providers/ authorized practitioners
