MDS Coordinator - RN Resident Assessment

Golden Living - Greeley, a 72-bed skilled nursing facility located in Stillwater, Minnesota, is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and licensed RN to function as MDS Coordinator - RN Resident Assessment

Coordinates or assists in the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal and state regulations as well as Company policy and procedures. Must be a Registered Nurse, prior MDS experience preferred.
