Minnetonka client seeks an office assistant for their growing company. This role will involve being the front desk person (ie meet people as they arrive, screen phone calls for the rest of the company, act as receptionist), administrative/clerical assistant, as well as helping out with accounting.
Requirements: 1-3 years of office experience. High energy level. Ability to figure things out without a lot of direction and training. Ability to handle chaos and a stressful but fun environment.
Helpful if you have accounting experience, receptionist experience and administrative experience. Also a big plus if you have Quickbooks experience. Further plus would be accounting experience such as handling spreadsheets, sales commission calculations, sales and use tax calculations (simple).
