Job description
ProStaff is looking for energetic, pleasant people to handle inbound calls and to conduct outbounds surveys. You will be doing outbound medical questionnaire surveys. These are warm calls to contacts that have newly registered for medial benefits. Training on telephone scripts will be provided. These are long term temp-to-hire positions Hours will be 12:30-9pm Monday -Friday and 2 Saturdays a month. Benefits are provided and you will have access to an on-site gym. Please Apply online
Job requirements
Must have at least 6 months of previous call center or customer service experience
