Job description
National Sales & Marketing Director Our client, a privately held company in the manufacturing industry, has engaged Hunter Hamilton to assist in their search efforts for a National Sales & Marketing Director. The primary responsibilities of the person in this role include the design, development, and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve Company objectives for revenue profitability and brand loyalty. This position reports directly to the President of the Company. Responsibilities Include: -Develop relationships and manage a network of field sales representatives -Establish annual Sales and Marketing Plan and monthly sales objectives for all sales personnel in coordination with the Company?s business plan including quarterly updates, revisions and modifications as needed -Manage both market and target customer strategies for the Company -Design and monitor customer care strategies -Develop strategic account plans, structure and negotiate complex and creative deals with large customers
Job requirements
Skills & Experience Include: -Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans including quotas and account objectives -Excellent written and verbal communications -Strong negotiating skills -Proven management and leadership skills: in-house and field sales personnel -Highly organized and very effective time management skills -Ability to respond effectively in a very fast-paced environment with continuously changing needs -Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies -Has personally conducted market research to identify opportunities for sourcing new customers and/or products Essential Qualifications: -Work history to include a minimum of 5-7 years successful sales management experience -Relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry and/or B2B -Highly computer literate including experience with Customer Relationship Management systems -Willing to travel up to 40% Respond in confidence with your resume to Joe.Reardon@hunterhamiltonpr.com Hunter Hamilton Professional Resources connects Finance and Accounting professionals with direct hire & contract positions that maximize their opportunities for success.
