Real Estate Equities has an immediate opening for two Caretaker positions, at the following locations:
Saint Paul - 101 unit apartment property
Part Time, 20 hours/week
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
*must have a car and a valid driver's license*
Saint Paul - 308 unit apartment property
Part Time, 30 hours/week
Sunday - Thursday
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Provide all customers with exceptional customer service
-Knows and adheres to standards of quality
-Clean vacant apartment and keep all interior common areas clean
-Perform functions in a continuous manner without assistance/supervision
-Work in extremes of climate/temperature (-20 to 110 degrees), rain, snow
-Assist with snow removal, sweeping, watering/weeding and debris pick up
Desired Skills & Experience:
-Previous caretaking or related cleaning experience is preferred
-Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
-Great communication and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-Ability to lift 40lbs to chest height
-Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
-Must have the ability to understand and follow English instructions
