The Branch Manager builds, develops, coaches and manages a successful team of bankers while matrix-line managing business partners within a branch or branches. The Branch Manager acts as
the Team Leader responsible for individual production, team business development and client management within a branch or branches.
We require at least 6-8 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years of management experience.
