The Preferred Banker acts as a single point of contact and relationship advocate for a select portfolio of clients encompassed within the emerging wealth, mass affluent and high net worth client segmentations. The Preferred Banker will build and manage a portfolio of clients that,in addition to traditional banking services, encompass a need for more complex credit and deposit solution finding. The Banker will be an advisor to these clients by uncovering their individual, business & familial financial needs and goals through a well executed interview process that focuses on the ultimate delivery of customized solutions for each proposed client The Banker will work closely with their internal referral partners in order to coordinate and develop a well customized plan for each client in the arenas of Personal Finance, Business Banking, Cash Management Strategies, Investment Banking and Wealth Management Services.
6+ years of professional banking experience. Business-to-business sales experience is required. Strong internal team building, community involvement and outside calling efforts are required. Proven outstanding sales, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Strong organizational and time management skills as well as good computer skills are also necessary. Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred.
