As a Mortgage Banking District Manager for M&I you will originate a minimum of $12 million in mortgage loan annually while managing and coaching 8-10 Mortgage Bankers. You will coach the Mortgage Bankers in the development of business relationships with real estate brokers and agents, builders, developers and individual clients to assist them with achievement of their goals.
Position Requirements:
Mortgage origination experience for a minimum of four years with past origination production over $15 million.
Management experience preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to lead through past coaching success.
Proven background in establishing relationships with real estate agents, builders, and/or developers that has resulted in strong referral business.
Strong sales background with a proven ability to develop relationships to increase sales production through networking.
Excellent presentation, organization and communication skills.
