Responsibilities include: plan, manage, and report on the daily activities of the Center's executive-education and custom programs; maintaining records serve as central point for inquiries and requests; provide problem resolution and assistance to faculty, the Center's business-development team, and the Director, Executive Education & Sponsored programs. Generate leads and provide sales support for the Center's business-development staff.

Qualifications: Qualifications include: Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office; customer service focus; ability to organize and deal with a variety of simultaneous activities; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; strong oral and written communication; detail oriented and time-management skills; ability to work with diverse populations.

Some experience with lead-generation or general sales-support activities highly desirable.
