*****************************M&I Bank is seeking a Personal Banker for our Plymouth branch office located at 3245 Vicksburg Lane North.
You will manage a medium portfolio of client relationships, acting as their primary resource for all financial products and services, and services needs of all customers. You will strengthen existing client relationships through effective use of profiling and relationship building techniques. Additional responsibilities include developing new client relationships from referrals and making referrals to Financial Advisors, Business Bankers and Mortgage Bankers.
A High School diploma is required. Minimum of 2 years professional banking experience is required. Business-to-business sales experience is also desired. Proven outstanding sales, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Strong organizational and time management skills as well as good computer skills (CRT, PC, Salespartner) are also necessary.
