The Emily Program, an eating disorders treatment program, is seeking a full-time Information Technology Development Coordinator to work in our St. Paul office. Travel to other office locations throughout the Twin Cities may be required. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of The Emily Program’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This includes working with staff and outside software vendor(s) to implement, train, and support a successful launch. Responsibilities include requirements/workflow analysis, end user training, EMR application configuration, QA testing and end-user support.
Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant analytical and technical experience. Experience working in a healthcare or behavioral health environment is desired, but not required. One year of experience implementing an EMR, preferably in a behavioral health environment, is preferred. NextGen experience preferred but other EMR experience will be considered. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, strong MS Office skills are required, project management experience desired.
