Partnership Resources, Inc., a non-profit agency, seeks a creative and energetic individual to work with adults with developmental disabilities in agency and employment settings.
Partnership Resources, Inc. (PRI) is a non-profit organization licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide day training and habilitation services to adults with developmental disabilities. We believe that each person we serve has unique talents and gifts to contribute to the community. PRI’s Mission is “To create partnerships between people with disabilities and the community.” PRI provides opportunities for adults with disabilities to gain respect and have a valued role in community life. Partnering with local organizations to create opportunities in leisure, cultural enrichment, employment and volunteer activities, we match client skills, interests and abilities to a variety of options to ensure that all activities are sustainable, and successful.
We currently have an opening in a Rover position in our day program setting. In this position, a Rover supports community leisure and/or employment opportunities while providing direct care at leisure and employment sites. A Rover is trained to work at a variety of settings while substituting at sites.
The position is part-time (sceduled 30-32 hours a week), Monday through Friday with day-time hours. Competitive salary ($12-13hr depending on qualifications). Benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and training.
PRI provides a supportive and dynamic environment where staff success and growth is as valued as client success. Experience working with people with disabilities preferred. In addition, job coaching experience is a plus.
