Dolphin Staffing is looking for a Contract Analyst who will be responsible for managing and negotiating agreement terms with clinical study centers. This is a long term contract for a major medical device manufacturer in the Mounds View area. The person in this position will act as a liaison between multiple departments to quickly develop agreement templates, negotiate terms, and execute agreements while maintaining strong customer partnerships. This role will also be asked to:
- Develop, negotiate and finalize all activation-related agreements with Clinical Research study centers, including Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), Product Sales Agreements (PSA), and Hospital Acknowledgement Letters (HAL);
- Creates center-specific CTAs—collaborating with Legal and Clinical study teams;
- Negotiate contract verbiage with study centers within agreed-upon guidelines from the legal department—assuring our client's best interest while maintaining strong customer partnerships;
- Maintain files on specific centers and their specific contracting requirements;
- Track/document all communications and modifications to clinical contract documents in appropriate database and/or shared folder;
- Make recommendations for resolution and escalate agreements to management team as needed;
- Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
Required Skill Sets
- Experience in clinical contracting group or healthcare industry is desired, will consider candidates with 5 plus years experience working in clinical contracting that do not have paralegal training;
- Undergraduate degree required.
Desired Skill Sets
- Experience in healthcare or clinical research contracting is preferred.
