Chemical Dependency Counselor II

This is an LADC who works with women at our Crystal OP clinic. Responsibilities include providing group and individual counseling, treatment and discharge planning, skills groups, client orientation, all relevant documentation and communicating with payers.
Qualifications
BA preferred. LADC or temporary license required. Experience in an outpatient setting and comfort  working with dual patients.
