Humera is currently seeking full time and part time positions for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity and includes benefits! Benefits package including Vacation, Sick Pay, and Floating Holiday, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and 401k.
Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls/emails/voicemails, respond to customer questions/concerns/program inquiries; ensure all inquiries are resolved and documented per the program requirements in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service utilizing our Customer Elegance techniques
  • Maintain customer records accurately in the systems per each call to ensure ongoing team excellence
  • Maintain a high level of elegance in fulfilling our key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide a people pleasing attitude with friendly, solutions driven consumer experiences

Requirements:
  • Minimum of High SchoolDiploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience/education
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including accurate typing, spelling, and navigating internet/computer programs
  • Ability to be a brand ambassador through understanding client products or strong aptitude to learn and support customer inquires while caring for the client brand.
  • Ability to hear, sit, and type/use a mouse (computer) for the entirety of a scheduled shift
  • Successfully complete client background check and drug screen
    Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday (and rotating Saturdays), 10:30 am to 11:30 am start time for 8 hours
