You are not selling a tangible item like office supplies or furniture as you are selling more of a service that provides opportunities for job seekers and HR solutions and alternatives for MN companies.

Duties:
We are in the Relationship Business and the 3 Core Components in this role are: Recruiting (80%), Employee Management (10%) and Account Management (10%).

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including Internet sourcing, job board postings, niche sites, social media, networking/referrals, cold calling, and etc.
  • Coordinate and administer full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and on boarding
  • Coordinate the recruiting process ensuring timely action, cost effective strategies, and professional and positive contacts for all candidates
  • High volume telephone and email connecting 30+ calls/emails per day
  • Coach, develop and manage contingent employees on assignment at our client companies
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop specific search criteria and long term partnerships from the account management perspective

Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years' of experience in a professional environment
  • Previous inside sales, high volume recruiting or call center experience
  • Resilience and tenacity to continue moving forward and find solutions to challenges
  • A natural tendency to dig into issues
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal
  • Ability to toggle through two screens and multiple online resources (Job boards, Search Engines, VMS, ATS, and CRM)
  • CRM or ATS experience preferred
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or similar preferred
  • Access to reliable transportation as this role may grow in to an onsite Account Manager role
