Part-Time Administrative Assistant:
Humera is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our client in Bloomington, MN. Our client is a 50-year-old financial services firm. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
Duties:
  • Customer service dealing with firm's customers
  • Data entry and filing
  • Support register representatives
  • Answer phones
  • Work with other staff members

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (college preferred)
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects
  • Maintain professional, positive, and polite attitude
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 9 - 3.
