Job Responsibilities: Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures. Plans, develops and executes on national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables. Interfaces with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams.  Leads ongoing management of digital touch points, including home page and top level sections, social networking landing pages, and mobile as needed. Manages digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules as needed. Owns and maintains various campaign analytics, metrics, and reporting. General knowledge of SEO and ad-words programs. Presents digital marketing recommendations and areas for improvement to Director of National Marketing. Develops and coordinates multimedia packages as needed.  Advise marketing as well as other relevant departments within the company on emerging web-based and mobile technologies, their potential use and benefits. Includes competitive research to determine how industry may be using these technologies. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Computer Science 5+ years of relevant work experience Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital production Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns Some experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications Background managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social media marketing Intermediate understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data as necessary Experience with interactive design principles, usability and online branding, including web page design and HTML editing capabilities Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,  Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5, CSS, WordPress Excellent understanding of diverse needs of Internet users Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business Confident demeanor and high comfort level interacting with all personality types  with demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical skills  Digital People, an Atterro company, has over 25 years of dedicated experience for creative, interactive and marketing job placements in roles such as designer, developer, analyst, project manager, marketing specialist, user experience and copywriter.
