Responsibilities: Drives all aspects of the order fulfillment process, from request for quotation through order placement to shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. Obtains and manages customer forecasts and communicates requirements to ensure alignment between customer requirements and inventory levels Provides initial technical assistance to customers and involves basic application engineering when necessary. Provides information to Regional Sales Managers regarding feedback on quotation/ pricing from customers. Responsible for achieving targeted service levels to customers Responsible for initiating and participating in team problem resolution to address forecast issues, part issues, work flow issues and driving these to improvement and implementation Requirements: BA/BS with a minimum 3.2 GPA from an accredited college 1-2 years in a Customer Service oriented role Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Strong analytical ability Hands-on engaged work style Excellent ability to multi-task
