Humera is looking for a Recruiter for our client in St. Paul, MN. Our client is a company that is committed to the design and manufacture of the highest quality surgical instrumentation.
  • Utilize a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection in order to recruit qualified candidates for strategic needs in a cost effective manner
  • Anticipate staffing needs and related issues, utilizing creative, customized approaches to supplement traditional sourcing methods
  • Manage and administer the sourcing and recruiting processes, including building and developing recruiting strategies
  • Use pipeline/direct sourcing techniques
  • Develop full cycle recruiting from proactive recruiting to mining resumes, selling the positions to potential candidates, networking and contacting recruiting sources, and attracting best of class candidates
  • Meet quality, time and satisfaction objectives
  • Provide a positive customer experience to candidates by communicating benefit information at a high level with candidates, providing the appropriate level of information about the benefits provided by the company and their associated costs
  • Inform candidates about the company
  • As a first point of contact with the candidate, recruiters will be representing both the company and the brand by providing one company with many opportunities
  • Establish effective working relationships with professional organizations, internal HR and across the company to ensure adequate supply of qualified talent
  • Build networks across company (partner with hiring leaders, work across departments and organizational projects)
  • Anticipate industry trends and utilizes market information in positioning company to ensure best of class candidate sourcing
  • Identify potential issues or concerns through understanding of HR Compliance
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence and HRBP to understand affirmative action plans for business lines to develop recruitment strategies with hiring leader to address deficiencies
  • Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags
  • Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools
  • Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience - either from agency or corporate
  • Strong communication skills, confidence to communicate to all levels of leadership within an organization
  • Able to multi-task and juggle multiple deadlines while working within a team environment
