Partner with design teams to anticipate, create, and implement, processes or tools that will improve our ability to effectively and efficiently manage new, remodel, and special project stores.

·Develops strategy and innovations through deep understanding of programs and systems required to successfully implement programs (e.g. New, Remodel, Innovation, Special Projects)

·Uses data and experience to uncover and resolve issues

  • Maintains strong relationships with partners to determine project requirements, identify emerging trends, best methods, tools, technologies and influence innovation
  • Translates business requirements to technical teams to match strategic business objectives with practical technical solutions
  • Establishes project plans to determine priorities, budgets and accountability to ensure all deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
  • Verify functionality, accuracy and completeness of the requirements against the original project request/charter and minimize risk by ensuring requirements are being met before investing
  • Provide maintenance on completed requirements and deliverables: correct defects, make enhancements, distribute reports, and suggest recommendations to increase the value provided by the solutions
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned


·4 year degree

·Minimum of 5 years of experience

·Understanding of Store Planning, Fixture Design, Merchandise Presentation, In-Store Marketing, and Store Operations

·Ability to interpret, communicate and advocate company's strategic direction

·Process planning, presentation and project management skills

·Analytical and strategic problem solving skills

·Ability to train, coach, mentor and motivate others

·Leadership skills to build consensus across multiple groups and levels

·Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite


·Basic knowledge of design software (e.g. CAD - Microstation, AutoCAD)

·Basic knowledge of servers, databases, and client side technology (e.g. Design project management software)

·MicroStrategy Report tools
