Pro Staff is working with a company in the Melrose area to add to their team a Digital Marketing Analyst.  We are looking for someone that has their degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics or a related field of study to be responsible for planning, initiating and managing online media for our company.  The ideal candidate must be very analytical with the proven ability to work independently, use good judgement without a lot of work direction; self-directed & motivated; ability to take a plan and implement it; strong communicator and ability to analyze what's working and what's not. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •             Responsible for planning, initiating and managing targeted online media buys for Search, Display, and Social Media advertising campaigns. •             Work with a variety software platforms, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, DSPs, and social media platforms. •             Utilize additional research tools to improve site rankings and make digital media campaigns more effective and efficient. •             Work internally with branch staff to plan campaigns, collaborative development of ad content, and provide ongoing campaign reporting and recommendations. •             Collaborate with all departments to  contribute to the development of target audiences and communication strategies designed to increase member engagement, traffic, sales, and profitability. •             Analyze campaign performance and recommend necessary optimizations •             Work with databases and internal systems to pull data on the members and transaction history •             Develop insights based on data and reports •             Stay up to date with data and analytics technologies within the digital marketing industry •             Actively participates in community relations efforts to contribute to the mission and visibility of the company. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE •             Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics or a related field of study. •             2-3 years professional experience in data analytics, digital strategy, paid media, or digital media. •             Experience with paid social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Google+, Instagram). •             Google AdWords and Analytics certified.
