Do you have lead role experience?  Do you enjoy working in the manufacturing environment? What about working with a team; training and delegating roles to produce top notch product? St. Cloud Pro Staff is working with a rapidly growing company in the Little Falls area, and they are looking to add you to their team! This Production Lead role position would required daily strong communication, great customer service, and help create that positive environment with the team. The ideal candidate for this position would have skills such as tracking and measuring performance, have an understanding of financial statements, and be able to enforce polices and procedures of the company.  Some of the daily tasks would consist of:  • Direct and coordinate the employees as they are producing the finial product. • Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences, to meet production goals.    • To connect with other management and work out any issues that may arise. • Maintains operations data, such as time, production, and cost records and prepares management reports.  • Keep team of employees motivated to continue to improve production  • Implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production issues.  This position is mainly in the office setting with the occasional task out to the production floor. Hours for this position would be a 2nd shift: 4:30pm- 3:00am.  REQUIREMENTS: • Must Pass a pre-employment Drug Scree and Background check • Secondary education is ideal, but not necessary  • Must have strong communication skills • Have 1 year minimum experience in a Lead role  Does this sound like a good fit for you?
