Humera is looking for a Part - Time Administrative Assistant for our client in St. Paul. This position is about three days a week, totaling 15 hours. This is an on-going contract opportunity.
Duties:
  • Calendaring on Microsoft Outlook
  • Creating schedules
  • Reserving and preparing rooms for meetings
  • Manage and organize lunch orders
  • Supply ordering

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
