Customer Service Representative Iii
Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: Position will be responsible for coordinating BPH patient education seminars. This will involve working with the US sales team to manage seminar planning and logistics with external vendor. Post seminar program, this position will enter seminar information into an internal database to include seminar summary and any patient opt-ins that resulted from the seminar. This position will also be responsible for following up directly with patients that requested more information following the program. Position will provide patients with education material and/or names and contact information of physicians that are near them who have experience with GreenLight laser therapy. In addition, position will submit reports on project to internal team on a weekly basis. Part time not working more than 20/hrs a week. Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Qualifications: Candidate must have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook. In addition, the person must possess strong communication skills and be responsive Additional Job Specific Requirements: College degree is preferred but not required. Previous patient call center experience is helpful but not required.
