Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter

Doherty Top Talent is partnering with an exhibit/marketing business service in search of an Inside Sales Representative to set appointments for seasoned sales reps. This is a full-time opportunity with business hours Monday through Friday located in Saint Paul, MN.
The primary objective of this position is to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for outside sales reps.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Assistant to uncover and qualify prospects.
- Make initial contact with potential custom design clients and build strong relationships via telephone, email and in person.
- Communicate with prospects & existing dormant clients to understand their needs and promote all products and services available to them.
- Track leads through the sales process from first contact through the sale of the project.
- Track calls, appointments, sales and other behaviors to measure opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Consultative approach
- Results oriented with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize
- Microsoft Office Suite & Sales Force familiarity a plus.
