Sales and Design Consultant Role:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our sales team of exceptionally talented, bright and energetic people. Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 years in a Professional Selling Environment: big ticket sales beneficial but not required
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Strong Communication Skills: both written and verbal
  • Comfort with frequent computer usage and basic math ability

Sales Manager

Sales Manager Role:
Schneiderman's is an expanding furniture company specializing in quality product.  We are currently seeking leaders to enhance and develop sales at our Plymouth and Lakeville Showrooms.  Leaders will need to model customer relationships, have the ability to develop a great working environment for all employees, and role model the company approach to sales through personal productivity.  Top candidates will have a professional record of striving for excellence and pursing positive change through integrity, honesty, and respect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Establish and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals for sales consultants to ensure profitability and success of the Showroom
  • Ability to recruit, interview, and hire the most qualified candidates for the Sales Consultant position in partnership with management
  • Coach and develop sales consultants utilizing the company selling programs
  • Meet monthly with sales staff to discuss expectations and goals
  • Provide weekly motivational and educational sales staff meetings
  • Assist in resolution of internal and external customer issues

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Leadership abilities demonstrated in past creation of highly motivated teams and individuals
  • Strong selling and coaching skills
  • 4 year college degree or minimum 2 years past management experience
  • Passion for customer service
  • Furniture knowledge and background beneficial
  • Ability to work 45 – 50 hours per week with evenings, weekends and holidays
