Temporary Administrative Assistant needed! The Edina Pro Staff office is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to work at a CPA firm in Edina for tax season. This position will start mid-January and last until April 17th.  You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the receptionist.  Pay rate is $18 per hour with Monday through Friday hours, 8am-5pm.  Responsibilities: • Answering phones, transferring calls and answering general questions  • Greeting guests as they come in and alerting the accountants when their appointments have arrived • Collecting paperwork, making copies, data entry and filing Qualifications:  • 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience • Previous experience in accounting/finance preferred • Experience with accounting software preferred • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take on additional tasks as needed • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations that tax season can bring • Professional demeanor • Must be able to pass a background check
