Humera is looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant for our client in Bloomington, MN. Our client is a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems and replacement parts. The person in this position would be providing administrative support to executive managers. This is a long term contract opportunity with the possibility of contract-to-hire for the right candidate.
Duties:
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Create expense reports
  • Arrange travel schedule
  • Manage meetings which includes scheduling and set up of conference rooms, attendees, and food when requested
  • Assist with customer visits including conference rooms, catering, welcome board and various other activities
  • Answer phones, taking messages and daily follow-up
  • Filing and organization
  • Maintain department org charts (Visio)
  • Maintain office supplies, order business cards, support IT Help requests from the team
  • Allocation of inter-office correspondence
  • Daily calendaring/scheduling of meetings and events
  • Support of 2 general managers and their groups
  • Backup support to Executive Assistant of 2 VPs
  • Various administrative duties

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of Administrative Support experience
  • Must have strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Visio and WebEx a plus
  • Experience completing expense reports (Knowledge of iExpense a plus)
  • Experience with Schedule Management and Travel arrangements
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
