Under the general direction of the President, the Customer Service/On Boarding Manager assures quality and consistency in customer service for docketing and paralegal customers of Black Hills IP. As an IP subject matter expert, the position is the primary point of contact for supporting our existing customers as well as new customers during the onboarding process.
