Humera is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, a major financial institution, in downtown Minneapolis, MN. The person in this position will be supporting a senior individuals in the company. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Duties:
  • Calendaring and scheduling
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Creating reports in MS Office and entering data
  • Typing
  • Answering phones
  • Other special projects as needed

Requirements:
  • 6-8 years in an Administrative Assistant role (preferably within a large organization)
  • Familiar with Outlook (calendaring)
  • Proficient in MS Office (excel, outlook, etc.)
  • Comfortable coordinating with various levels of the organization and driving communications on tasks
  • Able to take initiative with little direction
  • Able to communicate with senior leaders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
