Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a distribution company in downtown Minneapolis in search of an Account Coordinator to join their team! As an Account Coordinator, you will support and partner with Outside Sales to serve our valued customers. You will work directly with valued customers, suppliers, and various internal departments

The available Account Coordinator role includes the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  •          Daily contact with Outside Sales to discuss new customer developments
  •          Research of existing customer accounts
  •          Clarify understanding of customer orders
  •          Quoting, order entry, warehouse inventory maintenance and coordination of shipments based on customer requirements
  •          Coordinate to ensure successful shipment and on-time delivery of all products

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Personable, attentive individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work seamlessly with a variety of people and wear many hats
  •          2+ years’ experience supporting outside sales and/or customer service
  •          Prior experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft CRM a plus
