Pro Staff in partnership with a large glass company located in Faribault have an immediate opportunity available for a Material Handler.   Job duties include but not limit to the following: pulling boxes, stacking boxes and wrapping pallets. Also, perform manual duties related to placement and shipping of record center. Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment using knowledge of shipping practices, including labeling & packaging. ESSENTIAL DUTIES  Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced environment. Maintain 5S requirement for the controls production parts cage. Distribute material timely to the controls production department and communicate effectively with both production and other warehouse team members. Time Duties/Responsibilities 50% Pull production inventory for assigned manufacturing work orders 25% Perform SAGE Specific packaging for completed production inventory 10%  Complete inventory system relief for production assigned material 10% Maintain physical organization of the production parts cage 5%  Complete cycle counts as defined by finance, warehouse management & purchasing team members OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties performed occasionally or in addition to essential duties.) Additional duties may include but are not limited to assisting warehouse associate team members when required. May also be required to load/unload customer orders at time of pick-up. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED (List specific education, experience, training/certifications, proficiencies needed. Must support the essential duties and serve as primary criteria for selecting/rejecting candidates) High School diploma or GED equivalent, experience in a production or warehouse setting. PREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (List any further qualifications you would prefer the ideal candidate to have) High School diploma or GED equivalent, experience in an inventory control setting, material handling, forklift operations and/or manufacturing experience.
