LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC Mental Helath Professional or Practitioner
- General duties include diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders for all adolescent male and female residential chemical dependency patients including but not limited to: Mental health diagnostic assessments, mental health/co-occurring disorder groups, family group therapy, individual therapy, mental health case management services including telephone referral and follow-up, mental health lectures for patients and families, and required documentation.
- Completion of Mental Health Diagnostic Assessments for all incoming patients presenting for chemical dependency treatment with a history of co-occurring disorders, emergent symptoms, or both. Diagnostic Assessments resulting in a diagnosis of mental illness or emotional disturbance by a mental health professional are required to determine patient eligibility for mental health services.
