Our client world leader in the food industry is seeking a Accounting Clerk in Wayzata, MN. This is a Long-term contract opportunity!
Duties:
  • Process electronic barge expense invoices high volume of daily invoices, complex traffic and shifting barge events
  • Review invoices for accuracy and follow-up with dispatch to input traffic adjustments in order to pay
  • Process contract limit and dispatch rebills
  • Maintain metric count and maintain team goals of staying current

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills/ability to communicate with multiple levels
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong Excel Scores
  • Detail oriented and able to multi task
