A law group located in St. Louis Park is seeking an Administrative Assistant! This position is temp-to-hire. The Administrative Assistant job duties include: answering phones, communicating with real estate office, counties and abstractors via phone and/or email, utilizing Excel for spreadsheet work, other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: high school diploma or equivalent, intermediate knowledge of Excel, experience using spreadsheets, excellent customer service skills, professional and positive demeanor, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
