Payroll Coordinator - Supervisor
Eden Prairie Schools is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance team as our Payroll Coordinator! The Payroll Coordinator leads and manages the payroll department while processing payroll, developing and supporting strategies needed to meet current and future information processing/reporting requirements, providing technological support, and assisting the Finance Director so that customers are provided with support and service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years' experience leading and supervising a team
- Three years' experience with automated payroll systems and/or HRSI preferred.
- Experience with proactively working with 403(b) plan providers.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Supervisory experience in leading a team while providing a high level of customer service.
- Above average written and oral communication skills.
