Responsible for continued development, process management and implementation at a multi-division level for the Visual Operations content.  Manages the visual calendar to ensure seamless execution between the Visual Merchandising team, HQ cross-functional partners, Store Operations and Field organization.  Collaborates with cross-functional partners on the adherence of visual presentation standards through communication.  Manages the delivery of visual merchandising content - general standards, seasonal content and business required adjustments.


  • Manage all aspects of the visual operations process, inclusive of all visual communication to the field
  • Lead production of visual communication for multi-division areas as assigned, ensuring complete and accurate visual merchandising content is communicated
  • Manage execution to deadlines in coordination with the BME cycle, visual calendars and field timelines
  • Lead pre and post mock store walk through process for Visual Operations with cross-functional partners
  • Attend division strategy and key milestone meetings for full view of all merchandising and seasonal concepts to ensure effective communication to the field
  • Support the development of technology and training to support the visual capability
  • Manage highly complex cross-functional team projects as assigned
  • Manage the coordination of ISM information into visual communication to create an end-to-end execution practice in stores
  • Interface with cross-functional partners and collaborate with multiple levels of management and departments
  • Identify and participate in training and development opportunities designed to improve professional skills and growth
  • Travel to review in-store execution and identify opportunities, as necessary



  • 4 year college degree in Visual Merchandising/Communication, Art, Design, or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3 or more years of Visual Merchandising experience
  • 2 or more years of corporate headquarters Visual Operations/Communication experience
  • Proven visual communication skillset (in addition to interviews, external candidates will be required to submit a portfolio to review)
  • Cultural awareness, competitive analysis, and knowledge/understanding of current trends
  • Excellent communicator with presentation, project management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintains a competitive edge on technology for visual communication
  • Must be willing to work on your feet and capable of lifting (boxes, mannequins or other) as heavy as 50 lbs
