Humera is looking for a Help Desk Specialist for our client in Minnetonka, a medical technology and services provider dedicated to advancing the practice of medicine by reducing risk wherever possible and contributing to successful outcomes for every patient. The candidate in this position will provide world class customer service experiences to the variety of internal clients. This is a long-term, contract opportunity!
Duties:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years Customer Service and Customer Support experience required
  • 1-2 years Help Desk experience required
  • 1-2 years Problem Tracking & Resolution experience required
  • 1-2 years Troubleshooting experience and user support experience is required
  • Must have IT/Technical knowledge aptitude and/or an interest in technology

      Regular Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday
    • 1pm to 10pm


    • Training Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday
    • 8am to 5pm (only for first two weeks)
