APG Cash Drawer is offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate looking to build their career. This hybrid role is perfect for the person who has had receptionist experience in the past and some HR assistant experience or the desire to gain some.

As APG’s Front Desk Coordinator, you represent APG. The first face customers may see, or the first voice they may hear- you are responsible for “owning” the front desk area. You provide great customer service externally as well as internally. A key member of the HR team, you directly support HR and additional projects within APG.

You will:

Develop – relationships and process improvements. You are an analytical and creative thinker- you will challenge current processes and use your innovative ideas to help bring HR to the next level. Support –  You will be providing administrative support HR department and occasionally to other areas within APG. Welcome – You will create a positive environment and professional impressions of APG Cash Drawer to all callers, guests, and employees.
You are:

An expert- You are proficient in Microsoft applications, organized, and have a strong ability to problem solve quickly. Experienced- You’ve worked at a front desk and ideally provided administrative support within HR and understand the demands that comes with it. A team player- Able to work cross departmentally, internally and also externally with vendors. You work well with others, but are a self-starter and comfortable taking the ball and running with it.  

Your Qualifications:

·         Associates degree preferred

·         2 years Administrative support/HR support preferred

·         Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel

·         Experience in ADP or other HRIS a plus
