JOIN US AS A DIGITAL MEDIA ANALYSTJoin the Target Digital Media team and help make the multi-channel shopping experience as simple, secure and enjoyable as a visit to your local Target store!As a Digital Media Analyst, you'll help implement pioneering strategies and tactics that drive traffic and sales for Target while creating a fast, fun experience that inspires guest loyalty. Use your skills, experience and passions to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and achieve visionary goals. Responsibilities include:
  • Drive traffic and sales for Target by leveraging data to support day-to-day channel operations through:
    • Scheduled reporting and analsysis leading to insights for publication
    • Ad hoc data pulls and analysis in support of leadership
    • Analysis of core business and media performance
  • Assist managers in executing media through multiple channels
  • Manage cross-functional Marketing projects and initiatives
  • Analyze reporting results to identify opportunities and strengths as it relates to the competitiveness of Target's Digital Media Program
  • Research and summarize findings on new and emerging ad technology
  • Develop learning materials about channels leveraged for internal education
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for tagging and analytics
  • Lead small project work
  • Troubleshoot business critical issues as they transpire
  • BA/BS in related field required Desired Requirements
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with web programming (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Experience with database management (SQL, Data Schemas, Relational Databases)
  • Demonstrated understanding of channel operations, execution, and economics
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail as it pertains to Target
