Quality Manager  Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of parts consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and company goals.   Education: 2 or 4 year Bachelor degree in Quality Management Experience:      2-4 years of verifiable experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment Requirements: • Strong communication and organization skills • Demonstrate basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication/division). • Ability to manage, develop, and train assigned staff.  • Ability to work flexible hours with a flexible schedule • Possess computer skills and software knowledge  Responsibilities: • Perform all first article inspections of new tooling samples and complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. • Coordinate Quality Inspectors schedule based on workload of in-process, receiving, and final inspection of product.   • Make decisions in all aspects of inspection department personnel including workload priorities, discipline, hiring, termination, performance evaluation, development, and training • Provide support to all departments with questions of product acceptability. • Create and maintain quality procedures on all customer products and purchased products. • Establish Quality Inspection Plans (QIP) on each individual part that provide timely feedback to manufacturing, protection from Returned Material Authorizations (RMA), and provide evidence parts are produced to customer’s expectations. • Ensure timely disposition and final closure of products on “Hold” • Ensure timely resolution RMA’s using established procedures  • Maintain proper controls and distribution of external documents.  • Participate in resolving Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and PAR’s. • Provide support when needed to ensure the quality department runs smoothly and efficiently for maximum performance. • Perform role in a safe, professional manner with an attitude that promotes the same  • Demonstrate timely, effective, communication with customers as needed regarding any quality issues  • Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
