Doherty is partnering with a client in Burnsville in search of a Outbound Sales Representatives. This is a temp-to-hire position with first shift hours. Outbound Sales Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with established, high value clients
- Enter and process orders
- Answer client questions and concerns
- Use creative solutions to meet client needs
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
- Establish credibility and rapport with clients over the phone
- Articulate the value of product
- Overcome objections and close a sale
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
Outbound Sales Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience required
- Previous account management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to overcome objections
- Strong closer
