Doherty is partnering with a client in Burnsville in search of a Outbound Sales Representatives.  This is a temp-to-hire position with first shift hours.  This position offers excellent training, advancement opportunities, and exceptional incentives.  The company values their employees and provides competitive commission to reward their employees.

Outbound Sales Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with established, high value clients
  • Enter and process orders
  • Answer client questions and concerns
  • Use creative solutions to meet client needs
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
  • Establish credibility and rapport with clients over the phone
  • Articulate the value of product
  • Overcome objections and close a sale
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline

Outbound Sales Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience required
  • Previous account management experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Strong closer
